Coronavirus
The main symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) are a high temperature, a new, continuous cough and a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste.
a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you've noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal
To protect others, do not go to places like a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital if you have any of these symptoms. Stay at home or go online to the 111 service who will offer advice. For further information on how Coronavirus spreads see 'Latest News'
www.gov.uk/government/publications/guidance-on-shielding-and-protecting-extremely-vulnerable-persons-from-covid-19/guidance-on-shielding-and-protecting-extremely-vulnerable-persons-from-covid-19
To reduce your chances of catching COVID-19 and reduce pressure on your local GP Practice during this busy time, appointments will be over the phone unless there is a clinical need for you to come into the Practice helping minimise risk whilst ensuring patients get the care and advice they need.

My Care Record – Information Sharing
Health and care organisations have taken great strides in bringing together health and care services to improve the experience for individuals.
As part of this work, we want to ensure that health and care professionals directly involved in a person’s care have access to the most up-to-date information about them.
My Care Record facilitates the lawful sharing between health and care professionals through access to records by participating partners.
