Oaklands Surgery aims to provide a high level of care, however if you are not satisfied with the treatment you have received at the surgery please let us know.
How do you make a complaint?
If you wish to make a complaint please contact the Practice Manager either by telephone, via email to Oaklands.surgery@nhs.net or in person at the Practice.
